Foods For Fat Loss?

Height: 6’ 1
Weight: 215

Intake 2150 calories (10X bw)

Subtract 200 calories (50g carbs)

1950 calories

Eat five times a day.

390 calories per meal

50/50 protein/fat

195 calories from protein (48.75 grams of protein)

195 calories from fat (21.66 grams of fat)

PER MEAL – 10g’s carbs, 49g’s of protein, 22g’s of fat

What foods will help me accomplish this goal?

Each meal doesn’t have to have the same macro ratios.
You don’t have to eat five times a day, especially when the meals would be that small.

dont eat 10g of carbs per meal, you would be better eating half you daily carb total 1st thing in the morning and the other half pre workout.

Agreed, also you are jumping into sub 2000 calories at over 200lbs right away which seems drastic.
