Hey I was wondering what yall think is the best type of foods to eat before competitions? You always here about eating large amounts of pasta to energize you but is that really the best thing to eat? What do yall think?
The only thing I could think would be to lay off fats just before. I’m thinking medium and simple carbs with a little protein and lots of caffeine.
I have my first powerlifting comp. tomorrow morning and I’m not going to be able to eat much before I get weighed in.
