Food Selections

With summer approaching I’ve finally decided to start keeping a food log and make sound meal choices, etc. My question is: How does one figure out what to eat and when to eat it once they determine how many cals, macronutrients, etc. they want to consume? I’ve decided to go on a cutting cycle with a 5x5 program similar to the ones on the Alessi thread including the anaerobic and aerobic work detailed in Berardi’s winning formula. I will also be using a 6 week morning only androsol cycle. I have decided to take in about 2500 kcal/day to start and see how it goes from there. I will be using surge post workout and fish caps daily, and have AP and all other foods detailed in winning formula and other articles on the site. 190lb male at ~16% bf
