Capitalism at it’s best
Can’t really call my country capitalistic (despite there being plenty of capitalism). Our right is proverbially left of the left in the US.
Actually, Northern Europe has some of the freest markets in the world, especially in regards to trade
The way a country is and isn’t goes beyond how it is regulated on paper IMHO.
To substantiate my claim Swedes don’t need much regulation to still adopt/not adopt certain behaviours and I think that’s been well highlighted by our collective actions during the pandemic. Receiving the recommendation to stay home as much as possible was adequate enough for a significant portion of the population to self-isolate, and this didn’t need to be enforced through any punitive measures. If you want to discuss further visit my log or bring it over to politics but it doesn’t belong here in this thread.
Food inside of food is awesome. My wife made a cherry pie inside of a chocolate cake covered in buttercream frosting a couple of years ago (A “Pake”). Everything since has been a letdown.
That looks awesome
And suddenly I have two good reason to visit Sweden.
What’s the first? Did you catch my picture of the volcano pizza?
The Volcano Pizza looks better, but I’m down for both.
I liked the post, but have to say I’m on the fence on this one. Literally looks like McDonalds Big Mac and fries in a calzone… You are hitting the carb grand slam though there.
Yeah, I don’t really get how you’re supposed to eat that one. Or why, actually.
It would be cool to eat a burger and fries in a wrap made of bacon
Jed and I made some tamales this morning and some broccoli&cauliflower salad. Neither of which he will eat
Salmon burgers, plus tomatoes and lettuce. Quick to prep in between classes (I have a 1-hour break so it’s more than enough) and lots of protein.
Been on a salad kick lately. Crab and radish with everything toast, Turkey with sprouted lentils and kale, Spicy chicken with red lettuce and corn dressing.
Edit - looked back at my food log and had posted the wrong nutrition info.
Beautiful
I’m not sure I understand this one. Are those raw yolks?
