Wood fired peppercorn sirloin and seasoned green beans. Nice resteraunt by the Penguins practice facility. Wanted the ribeye real bad, but those calories lol.

Turkey & bacon frittata with avocado.

Cauliflower pizza, with prosciutto, greens, olive oil and parmesean. Also, some odd Trader Joe’s dip that’s great.

Tonight’s quick-keto dinner:

Mixed greens, 3 eggs cooked with 3g bacon fat, cilantro, sauerkraut, and apple cider vinegar (utilizes the fat from the yolks to make a “dressing”). Brussels with sriracha on the side.

It’s pretty shocking how similar our meals are. I make Brussels just like that and throw a ground meat, usually pork, and an egg on top.

This is what happens when my father decides to cook:

Lasagne with smoked provola, boiled eggs and polpette. Absolutely heavenly.

@countrygirl2016 it was very tasty! My father doesn’t cook very often, but when he does… Damn, it’s always a incredible lunch/dinner!

It’s called a Dosa. It’s a south indian dish. It’s basically a monster crepe filled with meat or potatoes and then all these side dishes. SO amazing!

Yeah like @isdatnutty said, theyre gigantic crispy savoury coconut pancakes. Theyre usually super light and get served with all manner of sides. We eat them whenever we go to my grandparents’ home in New Delhi

Happy St Patrick’s Day! Corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes, caprese salad, green punch, Irish whisky. Stuck to macros, despite not wanting to.

Biscuits and gravy.

hmm… need to find a spot to try a DOSA… looks ridiculous.

“gigantic crispy savoury coconut pancakes” → with meat and/or potatoes and such inside.

that sounds REALLY GOOD.

Spicier the better.

If the place you ordered it from doesn’t look dodgy enough to make you sick, I almost guarantee it won’t be as good as it could be.

Also I feel like pictures don’t do it justice, but these things can be up to 1.5-2 feet wide in Calcutta. Most places make ones about a foot in diameter though

I used to live next to this big park in Glasgow where the Asian community would have a festival every year.

My god, those dosas. They were like a meter long filled with this awesome yellow stuff. Could never work out what it was, and I was always too busy stuffing dosa into my fat mouth to ask.

How good is Asian food.

I have spent some time travelling through Asia over the past few years and have been pleasantly surprised at the culinary delights!

Taiwan is my recommended spot to visit if you had to choose one.
