@SkyzykS swap the evoo for some duck fat or grassfed butter and we’re in business. Oh man: especially if it was lamb butter. Reminds me of how I want a Platypus omelet: made from the eggs and cheese from the milk.

it’s filled with layers of white chocolate mousse, homemade strawberry jam, white chocolate miso ganache all sitting on a very thin match cookie
I keep trying that around here with Turkey Hill ice cream & Heinz ketchup but its not catching on.

No sauce: just gyro seasoning. I DO have sauce I could put on it, but I’m trying to just appreciate the meat for the meat at this point.
