Getting your nod on this always means a lot. I’ve learned from what you’ve shared. I’d have liked it a little more rare, but my kid asked for seconds: that’s a HUGE win! I’ll definitely “overcook it” if it means they’re getting quality protein like this.
I have my preferences but I will eat the hell out of a medium steak if it looks like that. I get my kids their own steaks and cook them similarly.
And yeah - bison is awesome. I haven’t had much besides ground bison. Gotta remedy that.
