If you are really trying to lose weight you need to tighten this diet up some. Although it is better than the average American, do you really want to be average?

Axe the Lipton Iced Tea (I would bet it has HFCS), cookies, ice cream, Chinese food, fast food, macaroni and cheese, and soda. Other than that you are doing ok.

Bro- you want to drop 40lbs and you have cookies, chips,and bacon burgers- r u serious? c'mon get out of the drive through,do a search for articles on nutriton by Berardi and Shugart, and put that stuff into practice.
