Food for The Older Lifter?

Hey what's for dinner? What kind of grub do you eat to keep the old engine running?
I like a nice chicken stir fry with brown rice.

21 oz sirloin with side salad, or bowl of Fajita's covered with some cheese and Salsa

Breakfast: 5 eggs/2 yolks 2 pieces whole grain toast/ coffee, supps

2nd meal: 2/3 cup oatmeal or Cheerios w/ protein powder-post workout

3rd meal: turkey wrap or tuna wrap or green salad with chicken breast

4th meal: Protein bar or PB and jelly sandwich

5th meal: dinner, usually whatever we are having as a family

Late snack: more eggs, balance bar or mixed nuts try to avoid carbs here
