Food Before Bed

Before bed im always really hungry. I can literally eat anything. Can anyone explain why this happens? it happens just about every night. I dont know how good it is to eat before bed, but im just so hungry , 9 outta 10 times i cant hold back.

Any comments on if this is good/bad (i doubt its good) and maybe what to do to prevent this.

stick to protein only choices before bed (some fat wouldn’t hurt that much). and like carl said above, a ton of water too.

It all depends on your goals.

If you’re trying to build yourself up and aren’t overly fat, some carbs, with protein, can be a good thing before bed. They definitely help me sleep better.

On the other hand, if you’re carb sensitive and need to lose fat, I’d hold the carbs and go with protein and fat.
