If so, I actually do these and along with trying to show my pits by pulling the shoulder back, I also rotate my shoulder clockwise if that makes sense.
But my posture feels more awkward and shoulders feel more caved in. I try to to tell myself that this is what it’s supposed to feel like, that correcting posture is not supposed to feel good, but am I doing more harm than good by also trying to turn them clockwise? thanks.
