Focus on Thoracic Extension w/ Deadlift?

Just a question for all you deadlifters out there. How many of you enter extreme thoracic extension in the starting position?

This pulls your torso much lower, to the point where you are almost lying on your legs. Increases the difficulty of the exercise tenfold and it is under these circumstances that deadlifts are such a great back exercise.

I started doing them this way recently and wondered how many others pull like this.
