Ok so the past week I’ve been using foam rollers on leg days to help aid in recovery. I use them on my hamstrings, glutes, lower back, calves, quads, and IT bands.
This morning, after using the foam roller yesterday, my IT Band on my right leg is very sore along with my knee feeling a little weak. I think the knee problem has more to do with the IT Band than an injury actually to my knee. I’ve never had knee problems before.
Is this common to have soreness the next day? Any recommendations?
