Can I use Floor press as a substitute for bench press in my chest workout since my shoulders are killing me. Does this exercice stimulate the chest as much as Ã regular press.
i'd imagine it wouldnt cause you've got more support and less ROM but if your shoulders are killing you why would you want to change it to floor press? probably still going to hurt.
Have you tried using a fat bar? My shoulder gets irritated when I use a normal bar in bench or shoulder presses.
try using a close grip, if ur to wide thats gonna make it worse
