AM SQUAT WORK

Ugh, I really feel it is going no where but thinking back I probably had a couple good sets. If all else fails I will go back to the box.

Worked up to 515 and then I feel I nailed the form on 2*3@405.

Then tried to do some assistance but sciatica which developed before the 2*3 actually.

On the future business venture the math is looking REALLY good. Of course the work is new to learn and the market kind of sucks. From what I am learning people will always choose the cheap borderline scam shit over legit quality. That being said ignoring time spent it is a 500% mark up on product.

Learn to squat
Squat 605
If I cant learn to squat…we still squatting 605, just with a box.

DIET I am going full monk mode today. Dirtiest thing I ate was virgin olive oil I fried some eggs and leftovers with. (Breakfast casserole: clean out fridge into frying pan, add eggs voila!! Your welcome.)
