Ian-I realize the forum is not a personal advice column but I did buy the book and all… took your advice and set down to plot out my personal goals for the next 12 weeks and was surprised that #1 was increased flex. I’ve always been “tight” (at least by standard touch yer toes stuff) and think increased flex would help the golf swing. Do u play golf? Handicapp? Any help from you, or other tmag swingers for golf specific stretches etc?
