Hi, I am wondering what kind of stretching or other excersises people have done to increase there flexibility? I have been doing Ian Kings
“Lazy Man’s Guide to Stretching” for over a year now and it is a great warm up program but I still cannot touch my toes? I know that may sound amazing to some but my lower back is that tight. Can anybody recommend a program to subsantially increase my flexibility.

I alternate between a full body stretch routine with exercises mainly from lazy mans guide, and Coach Davies one.
