Hey all,

I am 22 yrs old and have been playing soccer for roughly 19 yrs. Over the years from all the running and incorportation of weight training into our program (as we got older), I became a “tight” person (flexibility wise). Of course I would stretch before practices and training and sometimes afterward but now the lower part of my calves and hip flexors are super tight…basically my lower body from running and kicking is tight. Any suggestions for increasing flexibility aside from stretching…How much do you guys stretch per day? How long per session? Any supplements to increase muscle flexibility? Share any info about this…I obviously dont want to get injured
