Magnificent Mobility (dvd)

Hartman, Robertson, and Cressey have pretty much laid out all the info you need to get every part of your body 100% healthy and prepared for strength training (barring major pre-existing physical defects or issues).

The fact that they’re always around this site to answer specific questions about these products, is sugar-free icing on the high protein cake.

I have yet to pick up Inside-Out, but I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews. Magnificent Mobility really brought the concept of mobility, as opposed to flexibility, into the open, and it’s completely changed the way I approach warm-ups for myself and clients.

Magnificent Mobility allowed me to squat pain-free.

Well worth the price.

Thanks, I’m gettin em’.
