It seems like a while back one of the authors wrote an article on flexability and a program but i can’t really remember.
Does anybody recall or have a link. I hurt my knee and i can do any oly lifts for a few more weeks. My hams are really tight and it has been trouble for a while. I am trying to make something good about my taking a break and i am going to try and get much more flexable. This might actually be a blessing.
