Ok, so I’m going to thailand in a week and I’ve bought some flex bands. I am going to make a program to gain strength while I am there. I’ve already sussed out a few top moves with the just the bands alone like:
Good mornings
Sumo DL’s (really hard because you pull both lines of the elastic and not one)
Squats
shoulder press
lateral movements with the arms
Rows
Bicep curls (WTF?!)
Tricep press
adds on weight to push ups
etc.
Let me know if you know of any other high quality ones.
In the end I’ll likely be doing a higher volume/rep body weight training and working on my 1 arm push-ups and my pistols. I bought the bands to be sure to get a good back workout (hard to get in a hotel room).
let me know. thanks in advance.

you’ll be good from there. Also, those things are maybe the best neck training tool of all time.[/quote]
Mr. Tate wrote this article on bands right here on T-Nation:

Good luck.
Yeah I liked that article but i wont have access to the racks or anyhting to tie the band to. So i need stand alone exercises. Thanks though.
