I’m on a high-protein, medium carb, medium fat diet, cranking up the aerobics. I’ve just gotten some Flaxseed Oil tablets and I’m wondering how many to take on a daily basis to help with my fat loss.
I'm 5'10" 205lbs, about 15-18% body fat. Trying to get below 10%.
The simple question is: How many grams of Flaxseed should one take a day?
