I’m on a high-protein, medium carb, medium fat diet, cranking up the aerobics. I’ve just gotten some Flaxseed Oil tablets and I’m wondering how many to take on a daily basis to help with my fat loss.
I'm 5'10" 205lbs, about 15-18% body fat. Trying to get below 10%.
The simple question is: How many grams of Flaxseed should one take a day?
ACTUALLY IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, FLAXSEED TABLETS ARE 1 GRAM OF FAT PER TABLET. ON A FAT PROTIEN DIET THE NORM FOR FAT USUALLY 25 GRAMS OR ABOVE. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH A LIQUID FORM OF FLAXSEED OIL. 1 TBLSPOON OF FLAXSEED OIL CONTAINS ROUGHLY 11-14 GRAMS OF FAT. JUST MY 2 CENTS, HOPE IT HELPS.
