Hey guys. I’m doing a cutting cycle, and I’ve had to rearrange my diet a little bit, obviously. Last thing I’m stuck on in my daily planning is when to use take flax oil for best fat loss/muscle preservation. The times for my “dinner” and “midmorning” meals, as well as their content differ depending on the day of the week, but my pre workout, post workout, breakfast, and before bed meals are all pretty constant, and I could easily add flax to any of them. Yes, I know I should be giving you more information about the content of the meals, but I’m just looking for a general consensus regarding when the best time to take flax is. From what I’ve heard, pre-bed is pretty standard…?
