I have a question about Flax Oil. Is there a big difference in the different types out there. When i was shopping yesterday I found some bottles that were half the price that I would normally pay for my usual brand. What took me even more by surprise is that one brand was sold on the shelf and didn’t have to be refrigerated until after it was opened. If someone knows of a difference fill me in on it. I am going to be using a ton of this stuff on the Fat Fast and if the cheaper stuff is good then great.
My flaxseed didn’t have to be refrig’d until after open either. The only criteria I know to look for is to make sure that the brand is ‘cold pressed’.
