Flax Oil/Seed

Is there an ideal time to have flax oil and flax seeds on training days? I currently have a shake w/ oil about 2 hrs. PWO, and seeds with my cottage cheese right before bed. Does the timing of flax oil/seeds matter at all?

I would expect that you would treat them as fats in P+C and P+F timing.

Are you having carbs with that shake PWO?? Also, how many grams of fat in that shake?

I don’t think the timing of flax really matters as much as when you are consuming any type of fats. PWO should be P+C, after your PWO shake.
