Flax in Grow!

How do you add flax seeds to your Grow! shake for a P+F meal. I have milled flax seeds.

I usually put 3 scoops of Low-Carb Grow! in the blender along with 1 or 2 tablespoons of Milled Flax seed. 1 or 2 tablespoons of Raw Wheat Germ. Throw in about 5 to 6 ice cubes and blend. You an also throw in a ton of other stuff but you asked about Flax.

right after my .9 banana

Shaker:
12 oz of Hood low-carb whole “milk”
2 scoops Low-Carb Grow!
2 tablespoons flax meal
top off with water
shake
drink
go “ahhhhhh!” (very important)
glare at a fat/skinny co-worker
clean shaker
walk back to desk and attempt to fix yet another inconceivable bug

2 scoops Grow!
2 Tbsp milled flax
6oz water

Mix into pudding, let stand in freezer for 2 hrs, eat.

This even makes the Velocity Dieter seem like he/she is cheating! Absolutely delicious…nutritionally perfect P+F meal.

On a more serious note…

I prefer:

2 Scoops Low Carb Grow!
1.5 tbs Flax Oil
1 tbs Flax Groud Flax Seeds

I actually came across a liquid flax that I enjoy.

Spectrum Essentials Enriched Flax w/ Lignans. It has a blue bar across the bottom.

the key is that they add flax seeds back into the mix so it eliminates the nasty flax oil taste. I prefer the Flax+Low Carb Grow! shake over Low Carb Grow! alone as this flax seed oil has a nice added kick .

2 scoops Grow!
2 Tablespoons Milled Flax seeds
3-4 ice cubes
Water

Shake Shake Shake!!

If consuming in office, flex while you drink.
