I have a flat foot and when i do calf raises my footsole starts aching before i get a burn in my calves.please tell me a solution for this .
I have fallen arches and used to have the same problem with my medial arch fatiguing well before my calves. Continue to train your calves using everything from high reps to lower reps. Even throw in jumping rope on ‘off’ days as active recovery. Before long, your weak arches should be a thing of the past.
I don’t know how much this will help, but leg curls also work the calves to a certain degree.
