Which style of pressing is best?
Goals: Improve pushing strength and gain mass in the pectorals, shoulders and triceps.
What I know:
-Flaring elbows targets the chest better, but hurts the shoulders in the long run
-Tucking elbows targets the triceps better, but doesn’t target the chest as good.
Common sense: 45 degree elbow angle is best if I want strength, overall size and safety, so John Meadows.
I answered my own question. I’m posting this anyways. I’m weird.
