Flameout Really Expire or Go Bad ?

I’ve moved and since found my bottle of Flameout, it was not refrigerated and may have been in garage for a year or more, is it still ok? Less potent? Bad for me to take? I’ll try two tonight.

Also, along with the Flameout I found my almost full protein powder which says 09/09 expiration. Still good? INFUSION by SAN corporation. It has live probiotics so…not sure, please help. Thanks.

was the Flameout opened? if opened, toss it.

if unopened what’s the exp date?

fish oil being a fat, it can go rancid easily
