Also keep in mind that everyone does not react the same. One of the many benefits of fish oil is mental clarity. For some that may not hinder sleep. For me there is something about taking fish oil with my last meal that makes it hard for me to fall asleep and to sleep well during the night.

I don’t know if I agree with that. I can see maybe Flameout giving some mental clarity- but regular old fish oil is just efa’s- nothing more. What about efa’s would provide for mental clarity? If you eat a piece of salmon before bed do think it would keep you up?
