Fixing Uneven Shoulders



I am right handed and my left shoulder seems smaller than my right one. I heard this a normal condition because the trapezius muscle are shorter and less flexible.

What do I have to do to fix this ? I think it caused me some elbow problems because of weight repartition. I do only bodyweight exercises(dips, chin-ups, push-up).

Do I have to stretch ? Is there specific exercises ??


You should stretch both sides evenly, and doing dumbell presses would probably be a better choice unless you need to be good at bodyweight exercises for some reason, though you're talking about size so I assume your goals are physique oriented. Everyone has slight imbalances here and there though.

Also you may just need some time off.
