Right now my diet is JUST these...

Tilapia, orange roughy, Cod, Tuna
Steak
Oats
Wheat bread
Brown Rice
Veggies
Olive Oil and Macadamia nut oil.

food type supps are: BCAA, Protein, Waxy Maize, Multi Vitamin/mineral, etc.

I chose these foods so I will be ripped up in December :wink:
