Five Days In a Row Training

How does that sound to you; five days in a row training only legs and glutes (separate days for hams,quads etc) not all at once, 4 exercises everyday reasonablr things…
Im just wondering when will the muscles recover? Do you think this will have an impact to the gains if ye, positive or negative?
Just to mention that the program is designed from a well known trainer not my own.

No, I wouldn’t recommend it.

You can train glutes or glutes/legs three times per week if you’re trying to bring them up but you should utilize rest and recovery days to let them grow.

Thank you very much I’ll stick to three days as you recommend as I think that the recovery will fail! If I try the five days circuit !
