Fitting Cardio Into My Graveyard Shift

hello i’ve been lifting for about 6 months now and im trying to start doing cardio so that my abs will start showing up. here’s my schedule i work graveyards from 10PM-6AM, what i do is i lift at around 8PM before going to work and run at around 6:30AM before i go home to sleep. Is it bad for my muscle growth if i do it like this?!? or should i just run right after working out?!? tnx.

sounds good. focus on speed and power, rather than aerobic work and you’ll like the results.

Do some sprints, complexes, circuits, etc. They won’t take anywhere near as much time and will yield better results.
