heard about this site before, and figured id have a look today. very simple way to keep track of calories, nutrients, etc, or just to see where your diet stands at the moment. im sure a few of you know about it, but thought id let other beginners know :slight_smile:

Yeah it’s known and Coach Thib has suggested to use it. But I doubt it would be of much use to a beginner.
