So I am watching the show and the trainer with the long hair explains that when uses the metal v-shaped bar on tricep push downs its for bulk and strength and when he uses the rope its for definition.
Now he must know something because his client is losing weight and thats one of his goals. In addition there is some evidence…dare I say it…that spot reduction is possible. However, I cant imagine the choice in handles makes any difference.
