It’s like ‘Hard’ programming and ‘super hard’ programming.
Once I finish the super total I may give it a whirl.

Slept well today though so I felt pretty good

  1. Muscle snatch 2x3
  2. Tall snatch 2x3
  3. Snatch 2x2
  4. Muscle clean and press 2x3
  5. Tall clean and push press 2x3
  6. Clean and jerk 2x2

Finisher 3 rds for time
10 chin
15 pushup
20 kB swing

Didn’t time it, but I went quick

Engine will be back in full swing in a few weeks, and it not then, then once I start comptrain

Real grease the groove workout today

  1. Squats 2x4 145kg 1x2 170kg
  2. Bench 2x4 85kg 1x2 95kg
  3. Deadlift 1x4 155kg 1x2 175kg

Everything moved well. I’m pretty tired though

It’s too bad you need a complete CF gym with all the current bells and whistles to do those workouts.

Well today I got to set new maxes for SBD. was mean to do the same for snatch and C&J Thursday but too fatigued and happy to just leave them where they are and keep chipping away.
I went
Squat - 220 with more to spare
Bench - 120 with a little more but it didn’t feel like it
Deadlifts - 210 felt easy, then 225 was glued to the floor. I think I’d just ran out of juice by then. @guineapig will be happy that I did dead’s in sumo and it felt good today…really good. So I’ll stick with them through peaking phase

Not that I’ve done many SBD days but it does smash u. 210 moved pretty quick so I’m surprised that 225kg didn’t budge.

Are you stronger conventional or sumo or dunno?

Sumo, but it sometimes aggravates my hip flexors

I also don’t do it enough to really cement the skill.
Like my squats are pretty dialed in these days but sumo can hit or miss
