Yeah plus 200kg is gonna be my opener next week so just wanted to make sure. Haven’t squatted that in a while and PRd it pretty easy
- Squats 2x3 185kg, 1x3 200kg
- Front squats 3x2 125kg
- Bench 4x5 100kg, 2x8 90kg
- Rev grip bench 4x5 70kg
- Rolling triceps and hammer curls
I did about 100 total chins with different grips throughout
- High hang snatch 4x1 70kg
- Hang clean power jerk 3x2 90kg
- Btn push jerk in split 3x3 70kg
- Push press 2x2 75kg
- Snatch pull 4x1 95kg
- Clean pull 4x1 115kg
Volume PR for pressing overhead I think. I was sceptical I’d be able to do the doubles with the 90kg hang clean and power jerk but here we are

Hey thanks man! It’s probably the most sound my squats have ever felt tbh. I think I’ve felt ‘stronger’ but I was dive bombing squats and really grinding them up. The first rep of that triple really surprised me with how speedy it was
Bit of conditioning required tomorrow I think. Need to see where this engine is at after 11 weeks of no conditioning lol
