I would like to hear everyone's experience with FitDay.com. I have been using it for a few weeks now to keep track of my Protein/Carb/Fat percentages, which works great, however, I do not think the basal and lifestyle calories are accurate. It appears to me that Fit Day is too high in those areas. I have checked a few other sites to get a rough estimate of my BMR, and FitDay seems realistic. If anyone has any other sites that they use that they think have an accurate BMR plus lifestyle calories, please list your experience as well.
I think the numbers are pretty realistic. I've been using it for a while, and I like it. There're things they could do better, but all in all, not a bad tool.
It's not bad for being free. I just use it for calorie and macro nutrient tracking.
