Fish Oil

This would not only apply to fish oil but, it is what I am considering ordering. Would the oil not suffer heat degradation in transit?

Found this:

“fatty acids are subject to rapid and/or extensive oxidation and other chemical changes by exposure to air, light, or heat during processing of pellets or when stored for various lengths of time”

Sure, it’s possible, but you can tell by tasting and/or smelling it. It should smell relatively fresh and mild. If it smells and/or tastes like rotting fish, you know it’s gone bad.

Thanks.

So, for Flameout is one serving around 4.6 grams or do you just count DHA/EPA totaling 3 grams?
