I hate to make this post but i coudln't find my answre in the search.
I bought fish oil today (progressive's). I want to know how many mg/g's should I consume a day?
I'm 21, 5'6, 162 lbs, train 6 days a week.
There's no prescribed amount. The coaches around here will tell you to take at least 1-2g of EPA/DHA a day. The number of capsules that will take will depend on your brand.
I take 15g a day.
Depends on your intake of omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids in your diet really
I forgot to add, I have managed to find out that I am required to take 10g a day to get a good balance.
