Is the fishoil at the pharmacy formulated more for women?
Why would you say that?
I'm pretty sure fish oil swings both ways.
TECHNICALLY, women are superior at producing DHA from dietary alpha-linolenic acid so they would need less supplemented. So Flameout (best fish oil out there, fuck yes Biotest), which is particularly high in DHA is geared toward men.
The average fish oil from the store, however, is not really biased toward any one gender.
So should a women not take Flameout???
I'm all about eating a can of salmon.
Flameout is fine for women.
