Fish Oil/Omega-3 as Anti-Inflammatory

I read high dose of Omega 3 are a great supplement as anti inflammatory.
But in which moment is it best, chronic or acute inflammation? Can it be helpful in both cases?

I’ve used it for both by taking higher doses of Flameout multiple times a day when I have a flare-up of joint pain.

Recently dealt with some tendinitis and attacked it with a Curcumin-Flameout combo, several caps of each 3-4 times a day. In general when I’m not feeling particularly beat up, it’s one serving of each once a day. You just don’t want to take that one serving right around training, because that’s good inflammation, as explained here.
