In a 1g fishoil cap, apart from the (for example) 180 epa and 120 dha, does anyone know what the breakdown of the rest of the fat is? ie ALA, omega 6, sat, mono, etc..
Not sure about your particular brand of fish oil. But for a species of fish look it up on USDA website. You can also find a list of common vs scientific names for the different fats.
