i haven’t ordered any Flameout yet but i have been taking nature made double strength fish oil capsules.
the directions say to take 1-2 capsules twice daily and i’m usually doing about 4 of them 3 times daily.
is there any reason i shouldn’t take this many (potentially negative effects)?
