Which is more important in a fish oil supplement DHA or EPA? I am currently using a supplement with 500mg DHA and 200mg EPA per 2 caps but I just looked at another brand and it had basically the exact opposite as far as its ratios. It contains approximatly 600mg EPA and 240mg DHA. Is this one better? Or is it just the total amount between DHA and EPA that is needed for the health benefits and not the individual ratios? Hope I have not confused anybody! Thanks for your help.
