Fish Oil Confusion

I’ve got Kirkland Signature brand from Costco.

It has

850mg “Concentrated” fish oil with
440mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

How many of these should I take a day?

Should I take more if I’m doing Low Carb under 30 carbs a day?

How many Flameout would I take with the fish oils?

also would I take flax as well?

Well first off, given the amounts you’ll be taking over time, is it free of contaminants? Molecularly distilled?

also, do you have the EPA/DHA levels/ratios?

Personally I take 4-6 Flameout and 20-30 of the other daily

Oh and from what Lonnie Lowery and others have stated, yes costco has tested out fine

phill, it’s none of my d*mn business I guess, but why take fish oil in addition to Flameout? Interesting about the costco stuff.

CW recommends 6 Flameout & 2 tablespoons of Udos choice a day - thats about 36g…

To get a closer balance of Omega Three’s in my diet to go along with the other fats. Plus the higher dose really aids my joints and arthritic hip
