I was wondering if i could take all my fish oil pills at one time. Like with a P+F meal. I hate taking them throughout the day cause i get rank ass breaf from it. thanx.
It’s better to take them throughout. I start my day with a spoon of Dale Alexander’s Elusified MaxEPA oil (1,650mg of EPA/DHA) and then toss in caps throughout the day. Remember, the ALA in flax oil has about a 20% conversion rate too, so count that in your daily total.
Here’s a neat tip for the fish odor/flavor with the capsules: carry the capsules in the same tin box as a few Altoids. The mint powder will cover the gelcaps and given them a better flavor and aroma.
