Is there anything wrong with this pre bedtime meal?
Cottage Cheese - 1 Cup, 28 g Protein, 10 g Carbs, 0 Fat
Low-Carb Grow! - 2 Scoops, 40 g Pro, 6 g Carbs, 0 Fat
Fish Oil Caps - 5 Caps, 0 Pro, 0 Carbs, 5 g Fat
Just wondering if the Fish Oil at night would be okay with the cheese and the Grow!, because I don’t want to be taking in 10 caps or so in one sitting, so I just split it up equally (about 15 caps total a day, 5 each in 3 meals).
