First Workout with bands

Was last night. Creed you were so right I have never been that fast before and each set got faster. Man was I sweating up a storm though, which for me is an achievement. I was able to get someone who has used them before to help me in setting them up and he gave me some tips. Take in a deep breath and hold it the entire set to help stay tight, he also told me that I wasn’t pulling the bar aprat right and therfore I was using to much front delt.
